REQUIREMENTS

💡 You should be between 23-28 years of age

💡 Academic qualification in Quantity Surveying

💡 Possess excellent presentational and communication skills both in written as well as spoken English

💡 Have a pleasant personality and organized with sense of priorities

💡 A minimum 1 year working experience is an advantage

💡 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

💡 We offer an attractive wage package which will commensurate with the abilities qualifications, and experience of the applicant

💡 Basic salary between RM2,500 to RM3,000 depending on experience and qualification. In addition to OT claim, handphone and petrol subsidy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ The job requirements are similar to a practicing QS as you will mainly liaise with Architects, QSs, Developers, Contractors and Trades people.

✅ Your functions are: to meet and deal with various parties in the construction industry, participate in tender exercise, conduct business directly with clients.

✅ Collection of payment and certifications from architects.
